Telecom
Communication infrastructure for businesses operating across more than one market.
The phone is still where the highest-value conversations happen, and it is the system most often left out of a digital strategy. The result is familiar: a CRM full of leads and a phone system that knows nothing about any of them.
We provide business voice infrastructure as part of the same system as the website, the CRM and the automation — so a call is an event on a record rather than an event nobody recorded.
What this division covers
- Cloud phone systems and SIP connectivity for distributed teams
- International voice routing across supported markets
- Local DID, virtual, national and toll-free numbers
- IVR menus, queues, skills-based routing and out-of-hours handling
- Call forwarding, distribution and escalation rules
- CRM integration — screen-pop, click-to-dial, automatic logging, call outcomes
- Call recording where lawful, with retention and access controls
Why a local number changes the economics
People answer numbers they recognise. For a company selling into a market where it has no office, a local geographic number removes a reason not to pick up and gives the customer a number they can call back without an international charge.
It is the cheapest improvement available to most cross-border sales operations and the one most often skipped, usually because the documentation requirements per market look opaque from the outside. They are not opaque. They are just specific, and they differ.
Supported markets
We currently provision and route in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Belgium, with further markets available on request. Each market has its own requirements for business registration and, in some cases, a verified local address of record before a number can be issued.
We tell you the requirement and the realistic lead time per market before you order, because that is where the delay sits — not in provisioning.
Operated legitimately, which is the point
Telecommunications is regulated, and it attracts a grey market that is very good at sounding like the real thing. We present caller ID as verified business caller ID using numbers assigned to you. We do not provide caller ID spoofing or CLI manipulation, fraudulent or artificially inflated call traffic, deceptive automated campaigns, number or account resale, or any service designed to evade a regulator or a carrier.
This is published in our acceptable use policy and applied to every engagement. If a requirement depends on any of it, we are the wrong supplier and will say so immediately.
Common questions
Which countries can you provide numbers in?
The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Belgium at present, with further markets on request. The infrastructure is built so that adding a market is a configuration task rather than a rebuild.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
In most cases yes. Numbers are ported with the previous route kept live until the new one is proven. Porting timelines vary considerably by country and carrier, and we confirm the realistic figure before you commit to a date.
Do you provide caller ID spoofing or CLI manipulation?
No, under any framing. We present verified business caller ID using numbers assigned to you. Requests for spoofing, CLI manipulation or traffic designed to evade regulation are declined.
Can we resell numbers or capacity to our own clients?
No. Numbers and routing are provisioned for your own business use under our acceptable use terms, which reflect the terms we hold from the originating carriers.
Does this connect to our CRM?
Yes, and it is normally where the return comes from. Inbound calls pop the contact record before they are answered, outbound calls are placed from the record, and both are logged automatically with the outcome against the right account.
