Business VoIP

Voice infrastructure your team can work from, connected to the records they work on.

Is this you?

  • Your team is distributed and the phone system assumes an office.
  • Calls are made from mobiles and nothing is logged anywhere.
  • You are paying per-seat for features nobody uses.
  • You sell into markets where your number tells people you are elsewhere.

If more than one of those is true, the problem is usually the system around the work rather than the people doing it.

What we provide

SIP connectivity, cloud calling for distributed teams, international routing, and softphone or desk-phone deployment across supported markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Belgium.

Connected to the CRM

Inbound calls open the customer record. Outbound calls log against it. Supervisors see queue health and outcome in one place instead of two systems that disagree.

A phone system that knows who is calling

The gap between a phone system and a CRM is where most sales operations lose information. A call comes in, someone answers, something is agreed, and none of it reaches the record. The next person to touch that account starts from nothing.

We implement business voice so the call and the record are the same event: the screen pops with the contact before it is answered, the call is logged against them, outcomes are captured at the end, and a missed call creates a task rather than a gap.

What we implement

  • Cloud phone systems for distributed and hybrid teams
  • SIP connectivity and trunking into existing equipment
  • International voice routing for businesses operating across markets
  • Call queues, ring groups and out-of-hours handling
  • Click-to-dial and automatic logging from the CRM
  • Call recording where lawful, with retention and access controls
  • Softphones, desk handsets and mobile apps on one number plan

Routing that reflects the business

Calls follow rules you would recognise: time of day, market, language, product line, account owner, queue position. Where you operate across time zones, routing follows the sun so a customer reaches someone awake rather than a voicemail box.

Operated legitimately

We provide business communications under the regulations of each market we serve. Caller ID is presented as verified business caller ID, using numbers assigned to you. We do not provide caller ID spoofing, CLI manipulation, traffic designed to evade regulation, or automated nuisance calling, and we will not take a brief that requires them.

How the work runs

01 — Audit

Current numbers, contracts, call volumes, patterns and what your team actually does all day.

02 — Design

Number plan, routing map, queues, out-of-hours and escalation.

03 — Provisioning

Numbers ordered or ported, trunks configured, devices prepared.

04 — Integration

CRM screen-pop, click-to-dial, logging and call outcomes.

05 — Cutover

Ported in a planned window with the old route live until the new one is proven.

06 — Tuning

Queue and routing adjustments once real traffic shows where calls actually go.

What it costs

Monthly per user plus usage, with a one-off configuration and integration fee. For most teams moving from traditional lines the monthly figure falls; the saving is usually in international calling and in no longer paying for unused lines.

What moves the number

  • Number of users and concurrent calls required
  • Markets you call into and expected minutes
  • Numbers required — how many, which countries, toll-free or geographic
  • CRM integration depth
  • Recording and retention requirements
  • Whether existing handsets are reused or replaced

Every proposal is a fixed price against a written scope. We do not quote by the hour for work we have specified.

Common questions

Which countries are supported?

We currently support business voice services in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Belgium, with additional markets added on request.

Can we keep our existing numbers?

In most cases yes — numbers are ported with the old route kept live until the new one is proven. Porting timelines vary by country and carrier and we confirm them before committing.

Do you provide caller-ID spoofing?

No. We provide verified business caller identity only. We do not support CLI manipulation, fraudulent traffic or services designed to bypass telecom regulation.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Calls fail over to mobile numbers or an alternate route on rules you set. This is configured at design, not discovered during an outage.

Is call recording legal?

It depends on the jurisdiction of both parties, and the rules differ meaningfully between the markets we serve. We configure recording, notification and retention to the requirement of the markets you operate in, and we will tell you where a requirement constrains what you wanted.
