WhatsApp Marketing
The channel customers actually answer — used the way the platform intends.
Is this you?
- Your customers already message you and it is handled on someone’s personal phone.
- You sell in a market where WhatsApp is the default channel.
- Order and appointment updates are made by phone call, badly.
- Enquiries arrive out of hours and sit unanswered until morning.
If more than one of those is true, the problem is usually the system around the work rather than the people doing it.
What we set up
Business account and template approval, opt-in capture, campaign and notification flows, automated follow-up, and chatbot handling for common questions, with escalation to a human.
Compliance
We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform with genuine opt-in and honoured opt-out. We do not run unsolicited bulk messaging or workarounds designed to evade platform limits.
The Business API, not a phone in a drawer
Running customer conversations through a personal account or an unofficial automation tool gets the number banned, usually at the worst possible moment, and it takes the conversation history with it. We implement the official WhatsApp Business Platform: a verified business profile, a number that belongs to the company, message templates approved in advance, and a proper record of every conversation.
It costs more per message than the grey route. It is also the only version that is still working in a year.
What we build
- Verified business profile and number provisioning
- Template submission and approval for notifications and campaigns
- Opt-in capture at the points where a customer actually agrees
- Automated journeys — order, delivery, appointment, renewal, payment reminders
- Routing into a shared team inbox with assignment and history
- CRM integration so conversations attach to the customer record
- Chatbots for qualification and repeat questions, handing to a human cleanly
Permission is the commercial constraint
WhatsApp enforces opt-in harder than email ever has, and quality ratings fall fast when recipients block or report. We build opt-in into the points where a customer actually agrees — checkout, booking, account creation, an explicit request — keep the record, and monitor template quality so a falling rating is caught before messaging limits drop.
We do not run unsolicited bulk WhatsApp campaigns, and we do not work with tools that do. It ends the same way every time.
Account restrictions and recovery
Where an account or number has been restricted, we can review what triggered it, advise on compliance, and work through the supported appeal routes. We cannot promise reinstatement, and nobody honestly can — the decision is the platform’s.
How the work runs
01 — Eligibility
Business verification requirements and number strategy, confirmed before commitment.
02 — Provisioning
Business Platform access, verified profile, number migration or new number.
03 — Templates
Written, submitted and approved — the step that most often delays a launch.
04 — Opt-in
Capture points built into web, checkout and booking flows, with records kept.
05 — Journeys
Notification and campaign flows built and tested end to end.
06 — Operations
Team inbox, routing rules, CRM integration, quality-rating monitoring.
What it costs
Our build and management fee sits alongside WhatsApp’s own per-conversation charges, which vary by country and conversation category and are billed by the platform. We show both so the running cost is clear before you commit.
What moves the number
- Number of templates and journeys
- Whether business verification already exists
- Message volume and destination countries — this drives the platform fee
- Team inbox and routing complexity
- CRM and commerce integration
- Whether a chatbot layer is included
Every proposal is a fixed price against a written scope. We do not quote by the hour for work we have specified.

Common questions
Can we message people who have not opted in?
No. WhatsApp requires opt-in, enforces it through quality ratings and blocks, and unsolicited campaigns end in a restricted number. We build consented audiences instead.
Our account was restricted — can you help?
We can assist with reviewing the restriction, correcting compliance issues and pursuing legitimate recovery through supported processes. Nobody can guarantee reinstatement, and we don't claim to.
Does it connect to our CRM?
Yes — conversations, contacts and outcomes sync to the customer record.
What does WhatsApp itself charge?
Per conversation, varying by destination country and whether the conversation is marketing, utility, authentication or service-initiated. We model your expected volume and show the monthly figure before you commit.
Can you recover a banned number?
We can review the likely cause, correct the compliance problem and pursue the supported appeal routes. We will not promise reinstatement — that decision belongs to the platform, and anyone guaranteeing it is selling you something they do not control.
Can we keep our existing business number?
Usually, subject to the number not being registered to a personal WhatsApp account that cannot be released. We check this before you commit.
